Our 21cm tagine has very high thermos shock resistance and is the first ceramic product which can be used on the stove top/hob due to new glazed clay which is exceptionally resistant to heat. With its unique features, one has great versatility being able to use it on a naked flame to fry off food whilst also going directly into the oven. It can be taken straight from the freezer or fridge and placed directly in the oven or microwave and on any direct heat source (with an induction disk for induction hobs). It is very light and easy to handle. As with all Emile Henry products, the tagine is dishwasher safe and will not lose its colour over time. A Tagine recipe booklet is included in the box.
