How Long Will My Delivery Take?
Why Has My Order Been Split?
We choose the courier for your item depending on the size and weight of each item. Therefore your orders are delivered separately.
Why Haven't I Received Any Confirmation Emails?
All notification emails are sent to the email address that customer has been used to place the order, if the email address was entered incorrectly you will not receive the email. Please also make sure to check your spam folders of the email address.
Why Has My Order Not Been Dispatched?
Due to the busy sales period and replenishing our stock, delivery times might take a little longer. We apologise for the inconvenience.
How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain 'Track Order' link which you can use to track your order.
What Do I Do If I'm Missing Items From My Order?
