Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
If an item isn't the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items
Damaged or Faulty
If your order arrives faulty or damaged by manufacturing defect and it is not related to misuse we will repair or replace the damaged item and cover the courier costs associated to sending the item back. Contact our Customer Service Team and They will guide you through the next steps.
The refund will go back onto the same card / account used at the time of purchase and will be paid back to you via a return transaction. We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item. If the refund was to be declined, we will then contact you within 14 days to obtain further information.
